Before the holidays, the Federal government announced its intention to move forward with an Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, but said further that it will be up to victims and survivors to help guide the hand of the process in terms of what form the inquiry would take. Those meetings actually begin this week with eight already scheduled and the promise of more to come.
