It’s scandal, murder, and diplomacy this week on Open Sources Guelph, or as we call it, breakfast! We can handle a lot on this show, and on this episode we’ve got a plateful. In Ontario, a former staffer of the former premier is guilty of putting electronic evidence in the electronic trash! In Toronto, the serial killer that wasn’t targeting a vulnerable group in the city, was, and has been arrested.
