This week on Open Sources Guelph, it’s a lot of bad news. Internationally circumstances force us to go back to Ukraine where the war still rages and shows no sign of stopping. More locally, we go back to Nova Scotia to talk about the inquiry into one of Canada’s worst crimes, if not *the* worst crime. In more positive news, we will happily welcome another one of our local upcoming provincial election candidates to the show. Continue reading “Open Sources (Ep. #367) Show Notes for March 3, 2022”

Open Sources (Ep. #366) Show Notes for February 24, 2022
This week on Open Sources Guelph, we’re in search of peace. There’s some of that in Ottawa now, but it’s by no means a guarantee that it’s going to last, which is why we’re dedicating the first half to the show to the Freedom Convoy fallout. In the back half of the show, we will have an interview with one of Guelph’s Ward 2 city councillors about the month that’s passed and the year that’s ahead. Open Sources (Ep. #359) Show Notes for January 6, 2022
This week on Open Sources Guelph, we’re back after a holiday break. Did we miss anything? I know, we’ll tell you. Let’s see, we took a sudden U-turn back to lockdown this week in Ontario, but we did make some some progress on Truth and Reconciliation. On the other hand, it’s the first anniversary of that time a bunch of people tried to overthrow America for a game show host, and has anyone heard from Putin lately? Continue reading “Open Sources (Ep. #359) Show Notes for January 6, 2022”
Open Sources Show Notes for Thursday February 12, 2015
In another very busy news week, the issues run the gambit from the superfluous to the super serious. The Supreme Court opened up the rights of Canadians further in what might be its most contentious decision since it upheld the rights of same sex couple to marry. From there the discussion turns to political betrayal, media betrayal and the latest from a forgotten war zone. Just another week on Open Sources Guelph. Continue reading “Open Sources Show Notes for Thursday February 12, 2015”
