This week on Open Sources Guelph, we’re back! We’re done with our usual summer vacation and we’re eager to hop back on the never ending news cycle to talk about all things breaking and unbreaking. Here in Ontario, there was a big meeting of all the municipalities this week in Ottawa, and abroad in eastern Europe there was a big move in the war happening there.
